Green Connection
As part of the 2019 URA Draft Master Plan, URA and The National Parks Board (NParks) will work together to build a 6km-long green connection that will link Singapore Botanic Gardens, to Orchard Road, Istana Park, Fort Canning Park, Singapore River, and Pearl’s Hill City Park. This is inline with the ongoing master plan to enhance Orchard Road as a 24/7 lifestyle destination and the “Bring Back The Orchard” initiative. Future residents of Caninghill Piers will get to enjoy the upcoming green connection.
